So, Matjaz Cater. There is not so much information about him. Photographer from Slovenia, is a research fellow at the Slovenian Forestry Institute. Apparently, the line of duty, always sees the earth from a height. I would call him a master of the Mist. However, see and evaluate bu yourself. Opera has a New Home in Sydney!!

If you want to give your family something special on your trip to Sydney this fall, consider attending a performance of Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour’s La Traviata, which was called the ‘world-wide #1 opera event of 2012′ by The Guardian.

What is all the hype about? Several aspects of this production stand apart from the crowd and make it very special. First, there is the talented team behind the production. Renowned United States director Francesca Zambello leads an all-star cast that includes Australian opera stars Emma Matthews and Rachelle Durkin, both sopranos, in the role of Violetta. World-famous Italian tenor Gianluca Terranova and Korean tenor Ji-Min Park star as Alfredo.

The other aspect that really sets Handa Opera’s La Traviata apart is the set design. The set features an enormous chesterfield and a gigantically proportioned Swarovski crystal chandelier that literally rises and falls during the play. What’s more, the stage itself is a wonder of set design, because it literally floats atop Sydney Harbour. This offers the nearly three thousand spectators breathtaking views of the Harbour and downtown Sydney. Another innovation is that Opera has a New Home in Sydney!!

Big-name actress Rosario Dawson Joins Amtrak To Celebrate National Train Day on May 12, 2012. Dawson, who has starred in films such as Men in Black II, Descent and Rent, has a long-standing appreciation of trains that she will share when she hosts the 5^th annual National Train Day. “So many of my very first memories of travel as a kid in New York City were on the train,” says Dawson. “I remember riding on Amtrak and jumping up at the first opportunity to visit the café car. It’s great to be able to walk around, hang out and grab a bite at my leisure. I’m always watching the fast changing scenery through the windows which can be as mesmerizing as a film. It always makes the trip so much more vivid.”

In addition to her work as an actress, singer and writer, Rosario Dawson is also a dedicated environmental activist. Her commitment to environmentalism is one reason for her love of trains. “I love trains not only because they offer a more intimate way to see the country and experience the communities along the way, but also because they are one of the greenest ways to travel, which is a value that has always been important to me,” says Dawson.

National Train Day events will take place in New York City, Philadelphia, Chicago and Los Angeles.

Zion National Park is located in the southwest United States, near the town of Springdel, Utah. The main attraction of the park area of ??593 square kilometers of Zion Canyon is the length of 24 km and a depth of 800 m, washed the northern arm of the river in Virginia Navajo sandstone, painted in yellow and reddish-brown color. The lowest point of the park Zion – Desert Coalpits Wash (1118 meters above sea level), the highest point – Mount Horse Ranch Mountain (2661 meters above sea level). Located at the junction of the Colorado Plateau, Great Basin and Mojave Desert, the park, thanks to its unique geography and abundant natural areas, different extraordinary diversity of flora and fauna. Numerous species of plants, 289 species of birds. 75 species of mammals (including 19 species of bats) and 32 species of reptiles live in the four areas of natural parks: the desert, coastal, deciduous and coniferous forest in the National Park. Zion encountered mountains, canyons, hills, mesas, monoliths, rivers, slot canyons and arches of the natural equilibrium. One of the most famous and interesting sights in Zion National Park – a tunnel length of about 2 km, pierced in the solid rock.
